Description: The Volcano soap is made with pure volcanic ash from Eyjafjallajökull, Iceland, and shea-butter to smooth and nourish the skin.  A rich and decadent bar soap, with a gentle scrubbing effect.

Where it comes from: This long-lasting soap is handmade in Reykjavik, with simple, quality ingredients.  The soaps are stirred, poured, cut, and cured - by hand at Icelandic Soap factory, Sápusmidjan.

Scent: Mild, fresh scent.

Benefits: Beyond its exfoliating and purifying abilities, volcanic ash also acts as a natural reservoir of essential nutrients. Containing essential minerals, volcanic ash nourishes the skin, boosting hydration, and supporting a healthy skin barrier.  It also is naturally antibacterial.

Ingredients: Coconut oil (sodium cocoate), olive oil (sodium olaeate), shea-butter, 10% volcanic ash from Eyjafjallajökull.
